Mensch+Maschine &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; How do you make digitalisation experiential — for everyone at once?&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; The House of Digitalisation in Tulln needed to make an invisible topic visible — for schoolchildren just as much as entrepreneurs and politicians.


Our answer: the space itself becomes the visualisation. A near 360° LED wall covering 300 m², interactive stations and real-time data — one coherent total experience.


I led the Art Direction and Design Supervision of the entire content production — from visual language to final implementation. 2023

When complexity needs to become experience


&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;

OMV produces crude oil. An industry that is complex, abstract and invisible to most people.


The new Innovation &#38;amp; Technology Center in Gänserndorf near Vienna was designed to change exactly that — for investors, school groups and industry experts alike.


The solution: a spatial dramaturgy along a 7-metre ramp spiralling around a central "drill head". From the emotional 360° introduction through projection mapping and immersive spatial stagings to an AR view of Upstream technology facilities worldwide.


I was responsible for the art direction of the entire media experience — from the first concept visuals through to final production.2020

When a room is optically opened into infinity


&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 


For the opening of the new permanent exhibition at the Kleist Museum, a visual concept was developed and realised for the first room. The work is a 12 × 3 metre projection in an endless loop.


The intention was to create an atmospheric presentation in harmony with the theme of the first room while responding to the architectural conditions. The animation creates a completely different perception of space — it optically opens the room into the depths and draws visitors into its atmospheric spell. 2014

What emerges when parts become more than their sum?


&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;


Emergence refers to the creation of new structures or properties from the interaction of individual elements in a complex system — properties of a "whole" that cannot be derived directly from the individual "parts" and can only be explained by their interaction.


A physical installation that makes this concept experiential: a sculptural body within which an audiovisual experience emerges.

MOLT! investigates the layers of the modern human identity in the digital age and the blurring of their's physical and psychological borders and distances. Thereby it exposes through speculative perspectives the utopias of representation of our inner and outer being. 
ZD initiated a vibrant happening with artworks by 40 international artists, reflecting the subject from different perspectives in different media. Transformation, gender questions, cultural identity, virtual presentations and digital ambivalences are just some of the project's approaches. The happening includes an exhibition, several performances, sound and mix-media installations, screenings, talks and unexpected situations. 2013

When history is projected onto a ruined city


&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 

Atturaif was the original home of the Saudi royal family and the country's first capital — founded in 1446 in the dry valley of Wadi Hanifa, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2010.


For the Atturaif Living Museum, Tamschick Media+Space developed the spatial media design together with film director Dirk van den Berg. Large-scale projection mapping brought the historic mud-brick structures to life.

360°Digitalization Tour &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; When a robot arm shows the city of the future&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;

Digitalization Tour — a multimedia show featuring an interactive table and a modified industrial robot — films were developed to be presented by the robot on a city model.


Depending on the film and chapter, the robot arm moved to one of the buildings and switched from house to house during the film. The content was set in the near future and represented Siemens' digital portfolio.
